Lydia has the dual skill of being able to play piano and accompany her own songs. This is a rare talent as delivering a vocal performance whilst at the piano takes practice.
Lydia can sight read music and learn piano parts to request for accompaniment of her own vocals she regularly performs in pubs and clubs with this performance set.
Salon music is the ideal setting for this sort of performance
Recordings of pop songs and leading a group on piano and vocals have been great experience in the past.
Lydia has always loved to play piano and sing along to her own tunes, this is an intimate and close up encounter with the performer which can work well at :-

My Story
Born in Greater London and educated locally in Teddington. I am a qualified, singing flautist and pianist, singing a variety of genres. I offer my talents for singing piano player bookings in SW London / Central London.
Following years of music training from early years at the Royal Academy of Music, through the Purcell school of music and more recently the Royal Welsh conservatoire, Lydia has developed her skills as a performing musician.
Lydia has developed a very wide range of skills to a high level (grade 8 music ABRSM in singing and piano and more recently a BA in performance Music with her flute/piccolo).
Her experience from young child at the National Childrens’ Orchestra, later at the Royal Academy of Music Symphony orchestra and many many others, has culminated recently in her playing with the BBC National Orchestra of Wales.
